## Description

We are seeking a Facilities Equipment Service Technician to join our team at the Anna Engine Plant in Ohio. As a Facilities Equipment Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and improvements on facilities equipment and systems. You will also participate in a reliability-centred maintenance program and provide mentorship and teambuilding through work habits, communication, and the sharing of knowledge and expertise.

The ideal candidate will have a 2-year technical degree or equivalent equipment service experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a facilities environment. You will need to have working knowledge of facilities low and medium voltage electrical equipment, building management systems, and mechanical equipment such as HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing.

Responsibilities:

- Complete preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems

- Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements to improve availability, capability, and yield

- Perform equipment failure analysis and troubleshoot equipment problems

- Participate in a reliability-centred maintenance program

- Provide mentorship and teambuilding through work habits, communication, and the sharing of knowledge and expertise

Qualifications:

- 2-year technical degree or equivalent equipment service experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a facilities environment

- Working knowledge of facilities low and medium voltage electrical equipment and building management systems

- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment

- Good written and verbal communication skills
