## Description

We are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to specialize in the development and deployment of machine learning models that drive innovation and business value.

You will research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools, run machine learning tests and experiments, and train and retrain systems when necessary.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and programming integrated software solutions, especially in support of the development, deployment, and life cycle of machine learning models.

- Training and validating models using appropriate evaluation metrics and techniques.

- Optimizing and tuning hyperparameters to improve model performance and generalization.

- Deploying machine learning models to production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

- Monitoring and maintaining deployed models, making necessary updates to adapt to changing data or requirements.

- Spearheading the design of ML systems, experimenting with ML algorithms, and regularly training systems for maximum efficiency.

- Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining ML pipelines that efficiently produce scalable models.

- Cooperating with CI/CD teams to ensure seamless deployment of models to production.

- Partnering with research and engineering teams to enhance automated model training techniques.

- Applying machine learning and statistical modeling techniques to business or research problems.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

- Typically 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in computer programming languages, machine learning, algorithms, statistical methods, or a related field, or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

Preferred certifications include AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty.
