## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as an intern in Project & Resource Management.

As an intern, you will be responsible for:

- Assisting in budget and cost planning

- Contributing to personnel controlling and planning

- Analysing and optimising processes

- Designing and developing a KPI dashboard/reporting system for top management

- Creating and automating evaluations using Excel (currently VBA programming)

The internship will last for 5-6 months, starting in April or October.

Requirements:

- Currently studying Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science or a related field (at least in the 3rd semester or gap year between Bachelor's and Master's)

- Interest in project management, processes, and process optimisation

- Basic knowledge of budgeting, controlling, and personnel management

- Excellent Excel skills and ideally VBA programming

- Analytical thinking and structured working style

- Motivation to take responsibility and actively contribute

- Safe handling of MS Office

- Very good German and good English language skills (at least B2)
