## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Cashier and Customer Service Representative to join our Private Banking team in Bad Homburg.

As a Cashier and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing the daily cash balance, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service to our private customers.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage the daily cash balance and process transactions independently

- Provide excellent customer service, supporting customers with transactions, service requests, and administrative tasks

- Actively promote digital services, such as online and mobile banking, to customers

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification

- Reliable and team-oriented work style with high service orientation

- Friendly and confident demeanor with a willingness to learn new tasks and topics

- First experience in appointment scheduling and referral of customers to advisors is desirable

- Basic knowledge of private customer products and digital services is desirable
