## Description

We are seeking a Senior Operations Associate, Air Freight, Cross Border (China) to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of air freight cross-border logistics, including coordinating with various stakeholders, managing suppliers, and analysing data to optimise processes.

**Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate and manage the operation of air freight transportation, including reviewing documents (such as bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices), maintaining communication with airlines and customs brokers, tracking shipment information, monitoring delivery progress, and synchronising cargo status to ensure timely delivery;

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure capacity,合理利用供应商资源, meet customer requirements for timeliness and performance;

- Handle abnormal situations such as delays, damage, loss, data or information discrepancies, and provide solutions;

- Effectively manage supplier relationships, promote cost management, billing reconciliation and auditing, monitor supplier logistics performance, resolve disputes, and provide suggestions for supplier optimisation;

- Assist in managing and optimising operational SOPs, monitoring internal systems and dashboards to ensure smooth execution.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in supply chain or logistics;

- At least three years of experience in cross-border freight forwarding, with experience in Southeast Asia logistics being a plus;

- Familiarity with cross-border logistics industry rules and standards, strong supplier management experience;

- University English proficiency level 4 or above, good English writing skills, strong communication and process thinking skills;

- Results-driven and team-oriented, with strong attention to detail, flexibility, and responsibility;

- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, with good data analysis and summarisation skills.

**Salary:** ¥8,000 - ¥10,000 a month
