## Description

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager, Reporting to join our team at Gusto. As a Principal Product Manager, you will drive the strategy and roadmap for Reporting, collaborating with engineering, design, and data partners to deliver high-impact solutions for small businesses and their employees.

Responsibilities:

- Drive the strategy and roadmap end-to-end for Reporting

- Define the vision for traditional reports and AI-driven answers

- Ship customer-facing value every cycle

- Partner with other product teams on real use cases

- Drive the data infrastructure forward

- Set up and track the right metrics

- Raise the bar on collaboration

Requirements:

- 8+ years of hands-on product management experience

- Experience with data products, analytics tools, reporting platforms, or infrastructure products

- Demonstrated track record of shipping customer-facing improvements at pace

- Experience with AI-powered product features or data experiences

- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

- Experience in environments where back-end platform maturity and front-end customer experience have to be balanced and advanced simultaneously
