## Description

Join the Global Partnerships Team at Red Bull's Global HQ in Salzburg, Austria as a Senior Key Account Manager.

You'll leverage your marketing and commercial expertise to drive global business development efforts across Sports, Culture, Brand, and Media, delivering against revenue targets.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing compelling partnership initiatives with prospective brand partners

- Managing the end-to-end sales process, from market analysis to contract negotiation and deal delivery

- Using data and insights to construct compelling sales stories

- Managing a CRM database and providing data for reporting

Requirements:

- 3+ years' experience in international marketing or commercial partnerships

- People management experience

- University degree in Marketing or a similar subject

- Fluency in English; German and other languages a plus

- Expertise in Marketing, including Sports, Culture, and Technology

- Demonstrable track record in securing successful brand partnerships and developing marketing assets

- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, conceptual, and creative capabilities

- Dynamic and energetic approach to work, with strong communication and negotiating skills

- Outgoing personality who thrives on cooperative thinking

- Broad network of brand contacts at global decision-maker level

Salary: The minimum salary according to the collective agreement is €3,838 gross per month.
