## Description

As a Localization Quality Coordinator at Keywords Studios, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that localized content meets the highest standards of accuracy, creativity, and player experience.

The Quality Management team at Keywords Studios evaluates performance, drives continuous improvement initiatives, enables linguists and vendors through training and feedback, and partners with stakeholders to prevent issues before they reach the player.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Localization Managers and Project Managers to assess risk and create quality plans

- Analyze and present timely, actionable reports on quality performance against set standards

- Champion quality standards and processes across Localization teams

- Define, deliver, and continuously improve training sessions and guidance materials for internal linguists, external vendors, and other stakeholders

- Validate, arbitrate, and finalize quality evaluations

- Support Project Managers in delivering constructive, actionable feedback to external resources

- Collaborate on tool and process improvements

- Contribute to root cause analysis for quality incidents and client complaints

- Assist in onboarding and testing processes for new linguists

- Leverage Generative AI tools to optimize daily workflows

Requirements:

- Based in an Asian timezone

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a related role within the localization industry

- A degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field

- Ideally, a native speaker of Korean, Japanese, or Chinese, with excellent proficiency in English

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with distributed, multicultural teams

- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

- Familiarity with translation quality evaluation systems, frameworks, and CAT tools

- Experience with linguistic arbitration or dispute resolution in a professional setting is desirable

- Strong analytical mindset

- Knowledge of localization quality control processes and industry best practices

- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and workflows

- Ideally, a familiarity with Audio Localization processes
