## Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Night Support Worker to join our team at Roseneath Avenue in Winchmore Hill, North London. As a Night Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support and care to six male and female residents with autism, learning disabilities, or complex needs.

Your role will involve:

- Providing personal care and support with daily living tasks

- Encouraging and assisting participation in activities and community life

- Supporting service users in achieving their personal outcomes

- Maintaining accurate records and care plans

- Building positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues

- Upholding safety, security, and confidentiality

- Acting as a key worker for individuals, helping them set goals and track progress

- Promoting choice, independence, and involvement

We are looking for someone with:

- A caring and respectful approach to supporting others

- Ability to work flexibly and think innovatively

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Commitment to upholding professional standards and policies

- Experience in care or support work is desirable, but not essential, as training will be provided
