## Description

Working as a Guest Advocate at Target means helping guests have an easy, inspiring, and friendly shopping experience.

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues.

Responsibilities include:

- Greeting guests and providing a welcoming experience

- Helping guests find what they need and resolving issues

- Scanning and bagging items efficiently and accurately

- Maintaining a clean and organised work area

- Supporting team efforts and assisting peers

- Adapting to business and guest needs

- Demonstrating a service culture that prioritises the guest experience

- Working efficiently to minimise guest wait time

- Making guests aware of current and upcoming brand launches and store activities

- Knowing and speaking to the benefits of Target Loyalty programmes

- Being familiar with fulfilment services and directing guests to enrol and use them

- Understanding and showing guests how to use Wallet and other features within the Target App

- Attempting every return and following register prompts

- Partnering with leaders to de-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience

- Delivering easy and accurate service to Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests

- Maintaining a clean, clutter-free work area

- Stocking supplies during store open hours

- Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance

- Working in a safe manner and reporting hazards

- Supporting guest services such as Order Pick Up and Drive-Up

Requirements:

- Enjoy interacting and helping others

- Capable of working in varying temperatures and humidity

- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
