## Description

The Audio/Video Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing production aspects, including lighting, audio, and video playback content, for Monster Jam events.

### Essential Job Functions

- Coordinate audio and video needs in advance of events.

- Set up front of house equipment weekly, including video switchers and audio mixers.

- Operate video switchers during live events.

- Lead venue staff, including producers, directors, and technical crew.

- Oversee onsite production, managing event format, hosts, and game presentation objectives.

- Perform additional duties such as producer, technical director, or stage manager as needed.

### Qualifications

- High school diploma required; college degree in communications, broadcast journalism, or a related field preferred.

- 2 years of experience in a live production environment preferred.

### Skills & Abilities

- Knowledge of control room environments, including broadcast cameras and audio/visual equipment.

- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

- Understanding of signal flow, audio/video cables, and event production techniques.

- Familiarity with Mac operating systems and software such as Playback Pro, Photoshop, Audition, and Premier Pro.

- Self-motivated with strong time management and multitasking skills.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods.

- Willingness to travel.
