## Description

We are seeking a BMS Mechanical Controls Consultant to join our Building Technology Systems team in the UK. As a Senior, Principal, Associate, or Associate Director, you will work with clients to develop and engineer industry-leading HVAC control designs, responding to design for performance imperatives. Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating delivery of HVAC controls, such as motor control panel design and production, software configuration, graphic packages, and installation and commissioning scope detail.

- Applying your controls engineering expertise to improve mechanical and electrical building system designs.

- Engaging with wider design teams across multi-disciplinary projects to advocate for and achieve desired BMS and smart building outcomes.

- Leading systems integration design activities across building services systems.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Strategic BMS Controls engineering experience and understanding of BMS software and best practice.

- Delivery of HVAC description of operations and Sequences of operations.

- Consulting experience, RIBA Stages of work, multidisciplinary collaboration, and ability to lead projects.

- Mechanical Engineering background, with applications from Controls-focused MEP engineers welcome.

- Applied industry experience in control and automation at technician/engineer level working in critical and secure environments.

- Detailed knowledge of major manufacturers' equipment/systems, such as Tridium Niagara, Schneider, Siemens Honeywell, Trend, Delta Controls, etc.
