## Description

We are seeking a Private Banking Advisor to join our team in Mumbai.

As a Private Banking Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring DB Service Standards are adhered to, including customer service, compliance, and corporate security.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure total compliance with all audit guidelines set by external and internal auditors

- Create a sales and service environment across the service team

- Backup to the service head

- Ensure strict adherence to all internal and external guidelines, including KYC and anti-money laundering regulations

- Monitor expenses and control costs

- Ensure proper display of regulatory circulars

- Process account opening forms and MF applications accurately

- Manage vouchers, follow rules of custodianship, and adhere to key management guidelines

- Handle exceptions and track deferrals

- Review suspicious transactions and follow guidelines

- Ensure a clean mystery shopping audit report

- Track and respond to customer complaints

- Lead a team of customer service executives and create a cross-sell environment

Requirements:

- 10-15 years of experience in the banking industry, specifically in customer service and banking operations

- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership ability

- Knowledge of banking processes and day-to-day operations

- Ability to handle customer queries and keep up with customer commitments
