## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist II to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a deep and diverse talent pool to service resourcing requirements across multiple business units.

**Job Responsibilities**

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business and skill set requirements and build a comprehensive strategic hiring plan.

- Provide expertise in market insights, talent landscape, and talent needs to establish expectations and build a collaborative approach with customers.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing regular updates to hiring managers and setting expectations on the hiring process.

- Utilize various sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates and monitor recruitment sourcing methods.

- Manage full cycle recruiting process, including initial screening interviews, candidate profiles, and debrief sessions.

- Maintain data accuracy within Applicant Tracking System and initiate open communication with hiring managers and HR colleagues.

**What we're looking for:**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter in a corporate or agency environment.

- Proven track record in direct sourcing and managing an end-to-end recruiting process.

- Demonstrated leadership skills and strong business acumen.

- Ability to work well with multi-functional teams and all levels within the organization.

- Strong problem-solving, influencing, negotiating, and partnership skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple demands.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong written and oral communication skills.

**Preferred Experience:**

- Experience as a full cycle Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter supporting a CRO or in the Pharmaceutical industry.

- Experience working in Workday.

- Experience with a CRM.
