Join our team as a speech-language pathologist, where you'll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients’ lives.

Your primary responsibilities include evaluating and treating dysphagia, speech-language disorders, cognitive-communication disorders, and voice disorders.

**Your Responsibilities as a Speech-Language Pathologist**

- Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient to facilitate return to previous level of functioning and successful return to community

- Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs

- Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members

- Build and maintain relationships throughout the community

**Qualifications**

- This position is open to CCC-SLP only

- Graduate of a master's degree program in Speech-Language Pathology

- Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association

- State Licensure in Speech Language Pathology

- Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association

**Compensation & Bonus Structure**

- Base Salary: $80,000-100,000/year (based on experience and market factors)

- Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
