## Description

We are seeking a Team Leader - Roads to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and delivering various resources and UK schemes. You will be functioning as a technical specialist who develops and applies advanced engineering concepts and approaches to unique engineering problems.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver projects on a day-to-day basis

- Develop and apply advanced engineering concepts and approaches

- Provide guidance and support to team members

- Ensure projects are delivered to budget, programme, and technical standards

- Liaise with internal clients and manage financial control of projects

- Contribute to business development activities and production of fee proposals

- Manage processes to resolve technical issues and risks

- Guide, supervise, and direct team members in technical and project management matters

- Provide assistance to the discipline head to produce periodic reports

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

- Over 12 years' post-graduate experience in highway design

- Comprehensive knowledge of UK highway design

- Experience of leading a team and managing stakeholders

- Demonstrable experience of resource and project management

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills:

- Financial management

- Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status

- Experience on design and build projects

- Use of Lean in Highways
