## Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and committed team player to join our fantastic practice team as a salaried GP. We offer a supportive learning environment for all our clinical staff.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Provide a full range of general medical services, including face-to-face and telephone

- Manage a varied clinical caseload across all age groups

- Undertake home visits where clinically appropriate

- Prescribe safely and effectively in line with local and national guidelines

- Refer patients to secondary care and other services as required

- Participate in duty doctor

- Maintain accurate, contemporaneous clinical records using EMIS

- Participate in safeguarding processes for both children and vulnerable adults

**Main Duties:**

- 15-minute appointment slots

- Priorities for work/life balance

- Very occasional home visits

- Paramedic Home Visiting Services

- Practice Pharmacy team reducing prescription workloads

- Rapid Health automated triage service meaning little involvement in triage

- A dedicated Administrative Team reducing letters

- Training practice

- EMIS Web

- On-site parking

- Support for your professional development

- Opportunity for overtime when providing holiday cover

**Person Specification:**

- MRCGP

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Flexibility and ability to work in teams

- Demonstrate an understanding of the differences between a partner and a salaried doctor

- Full UK driving licence and own transport

- Adaptable to change

- Available to undertake the sessional requirements of the Job Description
