**Job Description:** As a Marketing Specialist, you will develop and support marketing plans for the OEM segment, analyzing customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and product opportunities across key industries such as Appliances, Auto-E, Auto-Electronics, Electric Machinery, and Power Electronics.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and support marketing plans for the OEM segment

- Analyze customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and product opportunities

- Work closely with the sales team to support opportunity growth and key account plans

- Create and update value propositions, product messaging, and basic marketing materials

- Support new product introduction activities, including market assessments and launch plans

- Track marketing performance and provide improvement suggestions

- Collaborate with regional marketing, product teams, and application engineering

- Support OEM-related communication materials and industry activities

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, electrical power, electrical engineering, business, or related field

- 3-5 years of B2B marketing or related experience, preferably in the electronics or auto-electrification industry

- Good analytical skills and ability to understand customer needs

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Comfortable working with data and CRM tools such as SFDC

- Good English communication skills

- Business development skills are a strong plus
