## Description

We are seeking experienced Project Managers or Senior Project Managers to join our Project, Commercial & Programme Management (PMCM) team in the UK. As a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring successful project delivery across various sectors including water, energy, defence, roads, and wider utilities and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Recognised qualifications (PMP, APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent) and experience of managing diverse, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects and programmes.

- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.

- Commercial acumen, including expertise in financial discipline and NEC4/ECC contract management (accreditation or significant experience preferred).

- Proficiency in risk, change, and commercial management, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

- Ability to lead and support multidisciplinary teams in dynamic, demanding environments, fostering collaboration and high performance.

- Some experience in managing projects with clients in industries such as highways, rail, urban infrastructure, energy, flood, water, wind, carbon capture, nuclear, defence, and large-scale utilities.

- On a path to chartership ideally or current membership of relevant professional institutions (e.g., APM, MRICS, MCCIOB, MCIHT, CEng, MAPM, MICE) or equivalent experience is desirable.

- Commitment to professional development, sustainability, and contributing to WSP’s wider initiatives.

- Management of health and safety, quality and environmental aspects of projects.
