## Description

Ninja Van, a leading tech-enabled logistics company in Southeast Asia, is seeking a Sales Assistant, Retail to join its team in Sungai Buloh, Selangor, Malaysia.

As a Sales Assistant, Retail, you will be accountable for customer satisfaction, assisting customers with their requirements, and following best practices as determined by the Ninja Management. You will work effectively with peers, communicate feedback and improvements to the Area Supervisor, and collaborate with other teams to achieve the best possible outcome for the company and its clients.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing excellent customer service

- Using Ninja software to execute operations

- Assisting in gathering sales leads and closing prospects

- Managing social media and Google accounts with the Area Supervisor

Requirements:

- Minimum qualifications: SPM

- More than 1 year of experience working in retail stores

- Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage

- Proven success as a team member

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

- Effective verbal communication

- Own transportation required
