## Description

We are seeking a finance leader to support the Finance organization by driving financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic decision-making across multiple business units. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, executive stakeholder management, financial expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead annual operating planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leaders.

- Develop financial models to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives.

- Drive monthly and quarterly business reviews.

- Identify business risks and opportunities through financial analysis.

- Partner with business leaders to improve profitability and operational effectiveness.

- Establish KPIs and performance management frameworks.

- Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership.

- Lead and develop a team of finance professionals.

- Ensure adherence to financial governance and internal controls.

- Support strategic projects, investments, and business cases.

- Support aggressive growth targets while ensuring forecast accuracy and financial discipline.

- Balance enterprise growth expectations against actual market performance and business realities.

- Consolidate financial planning across multiple sales channels and product portfolios.

- Enable faster and more effective business decisions through financial insights and forecasting models.

**Requirements:**

- 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

- Prior leadership experience managing finance teams.

- Expertise in forecasting, financial modeling, portfolio planning, and P&L management.

- Proven ability to influence business decisions through data-driven financial insights.

- Track record of driving growth, profitability, process optimization, or automation initiatives.

- Insurance industry experience preferred; banking or financial services experience also considered.

- Fluent English communication skills.

**Technical & Business Skills:**

- Excel (Advanced Financial Modeling)

- Office 360 (PPT, Copilot - big plus)

- AI Management

- SAP, Oracle and Hyperion nice to have

- Power BI nice to have
