As an Assembly Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring procedures, instructions, and work regulations are followed, and quality, safety, and environmental policies are adhered to in the Detail area of the Aearo Technologies plant in Baja.

Your impact in this role:

- Safeguard your own safety and that of colleagues

- Ensure quality in your operation and the line you work on

- Comply with standards and procedures in your area

- Motivate productive goal achievement for your line

- Prioritise manufacturing activities

- Directly supervise assigned employees and conduct performance evaluations
