## Description

We are seeking an Insurance Management Coordinator to join our team at Porsche AG. As an Insurance Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating insurance management activities globally.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate overall insurance management activities, including designing and negotiating international insurance programs

- Ensure financial coverage of significant company risks across various insurance sectors

- Develop and negotiate global property and business interruption insurance programs, construction and installation insurance programs for national and international investment and infrastructure projects, and fleet insurance programs

- Analyse complex industrial risks and ensure adequate insurance coverage

- Manage international tenders and negotiations with insurers and brokers to achieve market-based contract solutions

- Handle demanding claims from initial notification to settlement, considering the interests of all internal and external stakeholders

- Provide advice to departments and subsidiaries on insurance-related issues and promote professional risk management practices

Requirements:

- Completed studies with a focus on insurance or a comparable field

- Alternatively, training as an insurance professional with relevant further qualifications and experience

- Extensive experience (typically more than 7 years) with insurance brokers, insurers, or ideally in-house insurance management of an industrial company

- In-depth knowledge of the national and international insurance market and understanding of industrial insurance programs

- Strong leadership skills, high communication, conflict resolution, and assertiveness skills, structured work style, and strong analytical abilities

- Fluent German and English language skills, particularly in insurance-specific terminology

- Ideally, experience in managing international property, business interruption, construction, or installation insurance programs
