## Description

We are seeking a Clinical Advisor to join our team, working in a hybrid model. As a Clinical Advisor, you will assess callers with a wide spectrum of clinical conditions, advise them on home care management, next steps, and refer them on to further care when appropriate. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality, evidence-based healthcare to patients.

The role involves:

- Assessing callers with various clinical conditions

- Providing telephone triage using NHS Pathways systems

- Making decisions on the most appropriate action to take

- Offering homecare advice to callers

- Referring callers to further care when necessary

You will receive:

- £24.47 per hour (7am-11pm) and £27.83 per hour (11pm-7am)

- Further pay enhancements of £30.60 per hour when working between Friday 18:00 to Monday 7:00am

- 25 days annual leave, increasing with service up to 28 days per year + bank holidays

Requirements:

- UK Registered Nurse (NMC) or Paramedic (HCPC) with post-registration acute Primary Care experience

- Significant post-registration training/consolidation and experience

- 2 years recent experience in adult acute or primary/community care

- Strong understanding of patient management in primary or secondary care

- Triage/telephone advice experience

- Clinical decision-making capabilities and critical thinking

- Experience of working independently
