## Description

The Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Modeling and Advanced Data Insights (MADI) team at Capital One is seeking a Senior Risk Associate to support horizontal program management routines. The successful candidate will champion continuous improvement, standardize processes, and leverage data to tell compelling stories through dashboards and visualizations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Maintain well-managed MADI processes and ensure accuracy of information

- Develop and maintain creative visual solutions using Jira data and project management tools

- Identify inefficiencies, conduct root cause analyses, and create actionable recommendations for continuous improvement

- Assist in developing and maintaining reporting key performance indicators to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement

- Support the development and maintenance of project plans for cross-functional teams

- Provide visibility into delivery targets, commitments, and ongoing progress to key stakeholders

**The Successful Candidate:**

- Possesses outstanding communication skills and can collaborate with stakeholders across all organizational levels

- Can influence without authority and drive cross-functional work delivery

- Demonstrates curiosity and a structured approach to solving problems

- Considers end-to-end impacts in process improvement and decision-making

- Is action-oriented, takes ownership, and prioritizes efforts against key milestones

- Is comfortable navigating complex enterprise technology systems, data sets, and project tracking tools

**Basic Qualifications:**

- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

- At least 2 years of Process Management experience

- At least 2 years of Project Management or Risk Management experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s Degree

- 3+ years of Process Management experience

- 3+ years of Project Management or Risk Management experience

- 3+ years of experience with Tableau and Structured Query Language (SQL)

**Salary Range:** McLean, VA: $96,500 - $110,100 Richmond, VA: $87,700 - $100,100 Wilmington, DE: $87,700 - $100,100
