## Description

As a Customer Service Team Member at Starling, you will be the point of contact for customers, responding to their needs efficiently and timely. The role involves handling wide-ranging queries, from simple to complex, and providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, live chat, and social media.

The starting salary for this role is £22,400 (based on £28,000 FTE). The team works 1 shift per fortnight in the office and the rest from home, after an initial 5-week training in the office.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service

- Show ownership and accountability for offering solutions

- Maintain high standards and strive to improve service

- Respond to customer complaints and escalate issues

- Support continuous improvement and process enhancements

Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment

- Resilience in handling difficult interactions

- Basic IT skills to navigate laptops and systems

- No prior experience in a contact centre environment required
