## Description

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Recruiter, Production (Contract) to join their Air Dominance and Strike Production Recruiting team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for hands-on, full-cycle recruiting for the Air Dominance and Strike program, which involves hiring manufacturing engineering, production, and supply chain talent.

Key responsibilities include:

- Sourcing, tracking, and maintaining a high volume of candidates

- Understanding the production environment, including manufacturing processes and technical roadmaps

- Translating hiring gaps into their impact on throughput and revenue

- Building trust with operations and program leaders

- Closing exceptional talent and negotiating offers

- Analyzing pipeline and performance data to identify areas of opportunity

- Inventing and simplifying recruiting strategies

- Mastering tools such as prospecting, information retrieval, and candidate management

- Conducting candidate interviews and anticipating hiring-manager preferences

- Engaging passive talent through various channels

- Protecting the candidate's experience throughout the process

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of sourcing experience for technical roles, 3+ years of client-facing experience, and a deep network in manufacturing engineering, production, and/or supply chain.

They should be operationally minded, have strong closing and negotiation skills, and experience working with government contractors, DoD agencies, and IC agencies.

The salary range for this role is $70-$80 USD.
