## Description

We are seeking an experienced On Premise Executive, also known as a Musketeer, to represent Red Bull in the Southern Zone of Bogotá, Colombia. As a Musketeer, you will be responsible for generating trust with customers, ensuring the availability and visibility of Red Bull products at the point of sale, and driving continuous volume growth.

**Responsibilities**

- Embody the Red Bull On Premise culture, building relationships with influential individuals and demonstrating a deep understanding of the brand

- Communicate effectively with clients, transferring knowledge of the On Premise channel and Red Bull culture

- Activate events, negotiate and execute activations, and participate in key events to promote the Red Bull brand

- Manage and develop accounts, identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to drive growth

- Conduct market research, reporting on competitor activities and identifying new business opportunities

- Implement marketing strategies, utilising available tools to drive vertical growth

- Ensure compliance with international and national guidelines, executing standards to achieve vertical growth

**Requirements**

- University degree

- Preferably 2+ years of commercial experience with a solid track record of results

- Extensive knowledge of the local market, contacts, and nightlife/On Premise experience

- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage and develop strong relationships

- Negotiation and objection-handling skills, basic mathematical knowledge, and business acumen

- Strong orientation towards solutions and a 'Do-it-now' attitude

- Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and intermediate English language skills
