## Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Technology to lead our technology services at Camden Council. You will be responsible for ensuring our technology services are secure, resilient, high performing, and provide a high-quality experience for colleagues.

The successful candidate will lead a function of around 100 people encompassing IT Service Delivery, including Digital Change, the Schools IT Support Service (SitSS), Infrastructure and Cloud, Networks and Information Security.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the next phase of our technology modernisation, including shaping the future of our hybrid cloud environment and championing our transition to Zero Trust

- Building strong relationships, communicating complex issues clearly, and making sound decisions about risk, investment, and priorities

- Bringing broad technology leadership experience and understanding how technology can enable better services and organisational outcomes

- Creating a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and excellent customer service
