## Description

WTLV WJXX-TV, the TEGNA-owned ABC/NBC affiliate in Jacksonville, is seeking a proven, results-driven Account Executive to grow new business and manage a book of advertising clients.

The successful candidate will sell the full range of TEGNA's offerings, including the mass reach and trust of ABC/NBC broadcast television paired with the targeting and growth of streaming.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving new business and building a strong pipeline of local and regional advertisers

- Selling strategically and consultatively to uncover clients' real business goals and architecting tailored, multi-platform solutions

- Owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing business

- Growing and defending the book of accounts, expanding them through upsell and cross-sell

- Building compelling, insight-driven proposals that demonstrate ROI

- Managing pipeline, forecasting accurately, and partnering with account, creative, and product teams

The ideal candidate will have:

- 5+ years of media, digital, or advertising sales experience

- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

- Demonstrated ability to prospect, open new business, and build a self-sustaining pipeline

- Command of the modern media landscape, including broadcast television, streaming/CTV, programmatic, digital video, display, social, and content

- Experience selling to business owners and/or agencies

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills

- Fluency in turning data and analytics into a clear ROI story

- Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office
