## Description

We are seeking a caring and compassionate Care Support Assistant to join our team, supporting a client based in Kingston Upon Thames, London.

As a Care Support Assistant, you will receive full training to help you thrive in your role and gain confidence in providing quality care. After training is completed, you will receive a competitive rate of pay of £15.66 per hour for days and £16.91 per hour for waking nights.

The successful candidate will have a caring and empathetic nature, good communication skills, and a genuine desire to support others. Previous experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided.

Responsibilities include:

- Preparing meals and assistance to eat if needed

- Support with all personal care

- Support with catheter care

- Maintaining the home such as cleaning, keeping tidy etc.

- Supporting to research activities of choice, book and attend

- Supporting to meet up with friends

- Support with shopping

- Providing companionship and emotional support

- Supporting clients to attend appointments

- Administering medication when required
