## Description

We are seeking a Business Finance Senior Analyst to join our team in Mumbai.

The Business Finance function is responsible for producing business-level revenue attribution, financial accounting, and financial disclosures. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of Profit and Loss (PnL) for each business unit.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Produce daily T+1 P&L production, attribution, and analysis

- Provide daily commentary and variance investigation to Front Office traders and senior Finance managers

- Investigate and resolve break investigations, including model vs actual cash and system vs trade doc discrepancies

- Resolve model risk control exceptions

- Ensure compliance with risk and control guidelines

- Manage stakeholder relationships with Finance directors, onshore management, Front office traders, and Risk management

- Understand trade flows, booking structures, and ensure accurate funding cost allocation through Funds transfer pricing

**Requirements:**

- Financial Control and product control experience in Investment Banking

- Strong understanding of financial market products, including Loans, Bonds, Credit, derivatives, Cash Equity, Swaps, Options, and Futures

- Solid Fixed Income product knowledge, including Bonds, CDS, TRS, IRS, and Loans

- IFRS/GAAP knowledge is preferred

- Experience in front-to-back Investment Banking environment (trade capture to balance sheet)

- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize responsibilities, and escalate issues as necessary

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong Word and Excel skills

- Exposure to multiple front office systems

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Qualified MBA/Chartered Accountant / CPA / ACCA / CIMA / CFA
