## Description

We are seeking a Regional On Premise Manager to lead our On Premise team in Tokyo, Japan.

**Job Summary:** As a Regional On Premise Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the regional On Premise business plan, managing a team of On Premise professionals, and driving growth and sales in the region.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement the regional On Premise business plan to meet ambitious company goals

- Manage and optimize a team of On Premise professionals to drive growth and sales

- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to inform business decisions

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry contacts

- Represent the Red Bull brand and values in a professional and premium manner

- Monitor and maintain high standards of brand image and customer service

**Requirements:**

- 5-10 years of sales experience with a strong track record of success

- 3-5 years of management experience

- Deep knowledge and strong network in the On Premise environment

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
