## Description

We are seeking a full-time Research Associate, Analytics to assist in the development and updating of the company's analytics and statistical analyses.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to review technical reports and financial statements to aid in developing strategies for business units, including extracting relevant information from financial and industry data.

Responsibilities include:

- Creating PowerPoint presentations, Excel charts and tables, and various other administrative projects

- Reviewing technical reports and financial statements

- Extracting relevant information from financial and industry data

- Working with technical and non-technical personnel

- Performing ad-hoc assignments outside of areas of expertise

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree

- Good analytical skills

- Ability to interpret and analyze large amounts of complex and technical information

- Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- PeopleSoft ERP and/or Salesforce CRM experience are preferred

Note: Excel assessment will be part of the interview process.
