## Description

WSP is seeking a Vice President, Construction Scheduler to join our Project Controls team in the Southeast US.

The successful candidate will provide expert scheduling services, including critical path method scheduling using Primavera, to support clients' programs, including design and construction rail transit projects.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee integrated program schedules based on input from various entities

- Assess and provide recommendations to resolve schedule issues, scope changes, or delays

- Coordinate with project teams to assess reporting, identify risks, and create accurate forecasts

- Develop, update, and analyze detailed execution schedules for multiple projects

- Establish baseline schedules and review periodic CPM updates

- Perform earned value analysis, schedule change management, and review of change orders

- Conduct time impact analyses to determine the extent of potential delays

- Provide recommendations for schedule recovery

The ideal candidate will have:

- A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline

- 12 years of experience in developing and managing construction schedules for large programs

- Experience with critical path method analysis and Primavera

- Project financial forecasting skills

- Change order analysis, time impact analysis, and forensic schedule analysis experience

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and large client programs

- Effective reporting and communication skills
