## Description

As a Packaging Team Leader at Diageo, you'll take responsibility for line performance, safety, and team engagement on shift. You'll lead day-to-day operations in a 24/7 operational environment, ensuring high-quality products are delivered safely and in line with plan.

Key responsibilities include:

- Interpreting production schedules and effectively deploying people, plant, and materials to achieve targets

- Leading site briefings, start-of-shift meetings, and regular performance reviews

- Encouraging open participation and constructive feedback from team members and support functions

You'll need to bring operational leadership experience within a manufacturing or production setting, demonstrate a genuine passion for developing and supporting others, and have knowledge of continuous improvement and lean principles.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and managing teams, good understanding of ERP systems (SAP), knowledge of lean and continuous improvement processes, and experience within FMCG environments.
