## Description

We are seeking an Occupational Therapy Practitioner Manager to join our Information, Contact and Assessment Service (ICAS), the front door to Adult Social Care in Lambeth.

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day leadership, management and supervision to Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants within the team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and effective caseload management.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing leadership and management to Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants

- Ensuring high-quality service delivery and effective caseload management

- Screening, prioritising and directing new referrals

- Supporting the smooth and effective operation of the service

- Working closely with partner organisations, including Age UK Lambeth

Requirements:

- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council

- Passionate about providing a high-quality service and committed to strengths-based and evidence-based practice

- Effective leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Collaborative and committed to partnership working, innovation and service development

- Proactive in problem-solving, decision-making and managing competing priorities

- Knowledgeable about legislation, policies and procedures for Adult Social Care and Occupational Therapy

- Committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion in practice
