## Description

Avery Healthcare Group Ltd. is seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award-winning team as a Care Assistant at Rivermere Care Home in Chipstead, Sevenoaks, Kent.

The role involves delivering high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Responsibilities include:

- Assisting residents with personal hygiene, recognizing clinical risks, and acting courteously towards residents and visitors.

- Recognising and understanding clinical risk areas in residents such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, signs of infections and escalating any identified risks in a timely manner.

- Acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident.

- Practicing safe systems of work across the range of tasks.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, demonstrate initiative, and be respectful and adaptive to cover various responsibilities. Experience is not required as Avery Healthcare provides thorough induction and training programs to ensure confidence within the role.

The salary for this role is £13.15 to £14.15 per hour.
