The Agoda Compliance & Ethics team is seeking a Sr. Compliance Specialist to join the team in Bangkok. The successful candidate will lead and support day-to-day compliance and ethics initiatives, ensuring key objectives, deliverables, and reporting are completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and support day-to-day compliance and ethics initiatives

- Conduct review of gifts & entertainment, conflicts of interest disclosure, third-party due diligence, risk assessment, monitoring and testing

- Develop, implement and enhance compliance policies, procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

- Support the development and delivery of compliance training programs

- Promote a strong ethical culture through awareness campaigns and employee engagement initiatives

- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to embed compliance requirements into business processes

- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives

- Prepare or support management updates and reporting materials

Requirements:

- At least 5 years previous experience working in compliance and ethics function or related field

- Proactive thinking and problem-solving skills

- Detailed-oriented and able to connect dots

- Confident communication skills (verbal and written)

- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills

- Strong digital fluency with proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace

- Must possess the highest integrity
