## Description

We are seeking an HR Supervisor to join our team in Angeles, Pampanga, Philippines. As an HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for taking care of employees, handling employee or labor relations, and performing various human resource tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Handle due process documents and proceedings such as admin hearings

- Conduct or acquire background checks and employee eligibility verifications

- Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs

- Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors

- Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations

- Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations

- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources

Requirements:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a BPO setting

- Experience in leading employee engagement and strong background in employee engagement/labor relations

- Strong organizational skills, project management skills, and analytical skills

- Ability to lead a cross-functional team, work independently, and work on night shifts or rotating schedules
