## Description

The Lead Client Account Manager, Greater China Region, oversees high-value advertisers, drives revenue growth, and deepens strategic relationships with flagship partners.

You will combine commercial acumen, data-driven storytelling, and platform expertise to help clients achieve their business objectives on Pinterest.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of Client Account Managers

- Own and execute strategic account plans for key Greater China export advertisers

- Build and deepen senior-level relationships with flagship partners

- Act as primary liaison between clients and internal teams

- Develop a deep understanding of each partner's business

- Become an expert in Pinterest campaign best practices

- Drive results by monitoring and optimizing campaigns

- Lead client meetings end-to-end

- Advise key advertisers on holistic media strategies

- Provide expert guidance on Pinterest ad products and features

- Use AI-driven tools to monitor campaign health

- Champion the adoption of new AI-powered solutions

Requirements:

- 7-10 years of experience in digital advertising or media sales

- Proven track record of turning data into clear, persuasive stories

- Strong communication and project management skills

- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

- Deep expertise in digital advertising and media

- Solid technical foundation and hands-on experience with Search, Shopping, Display, and/or Social advertising technologies

- Fluency in business Mandarin and English
