## Description

Sodexo, a global leader in food services and facilities management, is seeking a Retail Manager to join their growing team in Brisbane, QLD.

As a Retail Manager, you will manage operations profitably, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the creation of eye-catching merchandise displays to enhance the customer experience

- Overseeing compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations

- Managing customer inquiries and complaints to ensure high-quality customer service

- Collaborating with regional management to execute company-wide initiatives and promotions

- Implementing retail standards that reflect local market conditions and ensuring pricing accuracy

- Ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with legislation at all sites

- Integrating with on-site teams and providing support for pre-start and toolbox meetings

- Maintaining optimal inventory levels and minimizing shrinkage

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 3-5 years of proven retail management experience, ideally in FMCG at store management level

- Strong autonomy, resilience, and resourcefulness

- Exceptional business relationship-building skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

- A demonstrated track record of delivering growth and improving store performance

- Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills

- Up-to-date knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices

- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite

- Flexibility to work variable hours, including regular remote site travel
