## Description

We are seeking a Compute Sales Specialist to join our team in Singapore. As a Hybrid role, you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Responsibilities:

- Drive order growth and meet quota for APAC Digital Sales

- Manage sales pipeline and forecast accuracy using Salesforce and PowerBI tools

- Implement effective lead qualification, territory management, and outbound prospecting strategies

- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Field Sales leadership to align on inbound lead routing and account-based marketing initiatives

- Establish dashboards and metrics to track individual and team performance

- Work with partner organizations to maximize sales and program impact

- Provide regular executive-level reporting on forecast confidence, market trends, and team achievements

Knowledge and Skills:

- Knowledge of modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC) and sales stack tools (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and forecast accurately

- Ability to coordinate internal and external partners

- Excellent analytical and strong MS Excel skills

- AI adoption is a competitive advantage

Education and Experience Required:

- University or Bachelor's degree preferred

- Typically 5-8 years of experience in sales

- Extensive vertical industry knowledge and advanced degree of selling skills
