We are seeking a Sales Manager with Metropolitan Responsibility to lead our sales team in Hamburg. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for strategic and operational sales planning, team management, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve metropolitan sales goals

- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals

- Coordinate marketing and sales activities to drive market share growth

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

- Ensure effective and efficient sales processes

- Manage sales budgets and forecasts

Requirements:

- Completed business administration degree or comparable commercial training

- Relevant leadership experience in sales, ideally in the automotive industry or premium segment

- Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and team management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Very good German and good English language skills
