## Description

Are you looking for a career where you can make a real difference in the lives of children and families? Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as a Youth Aid, providing crucial support to children with autism in their homes or at our centre.

As a Youth Aid, you will work closely with our experienced team to implement individualized treatment plans, helping children develop essential skills such as behaviour management, toileting, feeding, and compliance. You will also participate in data collection, session note submission, and regular staff meetings and trainings.

## Responsibilities and Duties

- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments

- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA

- Data collection and session note submission

- Collaborate with peers and supervisors

- Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings

- You must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments

- Other duties as assigned.

## Qualifications and Skills

- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder

- Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication

- The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families

- Valid state identification card

- Reliable transportation

- Must pass a criminal background check
