## Description

At Polestar, we're looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our team. As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the relationship between Polestar and its retailer network, with the aim of meeting our business and customer satisfaction goals in the market.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives, customer service, and customer experience goals

- Fostering a positive and collaborative working relationship with the retailer network to achieve win-win solutions to business challenges and maximize opportunities within the market

- Implementing processes and solutions to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty amongst our Polestar Spaces and Service Points (retail network)

- Supporting local marketing activities

This role will focus on all facets of the retail business to ensure a benchmark CX journey, from order intake to aftercare during a consumer's ownership. You will also be responsible for supporting cross-functional collaboration to align strategic initiatives, optimize execution, and support Polestar leadership team.

We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in sales, dealer management, or field operation, preferably in the automotive industry. You should have a proven record of delivering sales targets and building high-performing dealer partnerships in automotive, OEM, or multi-location luxury retail environments.

As a data-driven decision maker, you should be able to convert KPIs and field insights into clear actions and measurable results. You should also be bilingual in English and French, and have a strong understanding of automotive retail, including OEM models, and third-party stakeholder management.
