## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café in Perth, the heart of our store where customers come to recharge. As a Customer Assistant, you'll be a brand ambassador, making great food and drink recommendations while ensuring the café operates smoothly, even during busy periods.

Your tasks will include:

- Taking and fulfilling orders efficiently using our digital tools

- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards

- Delivering five-star service under pressure

- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture

- Adapting quickly to meet customer needs

In this role, you'll need to be digitally confident, efficient, and effective. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on delivering quality and excellent customer service.

**Work Pattern:** Week One:

- Sunday: 10:00-17:00

- Thursday: 12:00-17:00

- Friday: 12:00-17:00

Week Two:

- Monday: 12:00-17:00

- Tuesday: 12:00-17:00

- Saturday: 10:00-17:00
