As a Lead Product Designer for CREW, you will lead end-to-end design for high-impact projects, collaborating with PMs, engineers, and business stakeholders to build intuitive, scalable internal systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Be the primary owner of multiple charters

- Lead design and mentor/guide peers in framework thinking and how to incorporate research insights and data points into the feature/product

- Raise the bar for design quality and execution

- Work effortlessly with senior stakeholders and peers and adapt quickly to changing scopes and expectations

- Have a strong understanding of AI, prototyping, and other key differentiating tools

- Champion emotional design and DLS reusability

**Requirements:**

- 5-7 years of relevant product design experience in a B2C Technology startup

- Bar raiser in visual design, craft, and design thinking

- Experience working in a fast & dynamic work setup

- Demonstrated leadership qualities in previous company

- Desire to manage in future
