## Description

MediCard Phils., Inc. is looking for a Clinic Supervisor to oversee clinic operations. The successful candidate will supervise clinic staff to ensure smooth delivery of services.

**Responsibilities:**

- Monitor attendance and ensure efficient service delivery to patients

- Coordinate with doctors and dentists regarding schedules and attendance

- Review and collate reports from subordinates

- Ensure accurate and timely results

- Train new staff on clinic procedures and management systems

- Coach and retrain existing staff as needed

- Evaluate subordinate performance

- Coordinate with other clinic heads and suppliers

- Render overtime if necessary

- Investigate and resolve complaints

**Requirements:**

- Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably in Nursing, Medical Technology, or Radiology

- At least 1 year of supervisory experience

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with initiative and patience

- Proficient in administrative work
