## Description

As an Associate - BIM at WSP, you will provide leadership and direction for BIM and digital delivery across multiple UK Water projects and frameworks.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement BIM strategies aligned with business, client, and project objectives.

- Support business growth through digital solutions, innovation, and BIM capability enhancement.

- Contribute to regional and global digital transformation initiatives.

- Provide oversight and governance for BIM delivery across a portfolio of projects.

- Ensure project teams consistently meet quality, program, budget, and client requirements.

Project & Portfolio Oversight:

- Monitor project performance, resource utilization, and delivery KPIs.

- Support BIM Managers and project teams in resolving complex technical and delivery challenges.

- Review project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), information management processes, and BIM deliverables.

BIM Governance & Technical Excellence:

- Establish and maintain BIM governance frameworks, standards, procedures, and quality management systems.

- Oversee the development and maintenance of BIM standards, templates, libraries, and workflows.

- Ensure compliance with ISO 19650, client BIM standards, UK Water standards, and WSP BIM procedures.

Key Competencies / Skills:

- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams across multiple projects.

- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strategic thinker with strong business awareness.

Qualifications:

- Degree/Diploma/BE in Engineering.

- Typically 15+ years of experience in BIM, CAD, and digital project delivery.

- Minimum 7+ years in BIM leadership or management positions.

- Extensive experience delivering multidisciplinary infrastructure and UK Water projects.
